- It will be hard to find any local tailors that make custom suits below the $500 mark. However, keep a lookout for travelling tailors (from Asia) as they usually can provide good value for a reasonable price - they usually set up shop in a hotel room for a couple of days where you pick your suit, get measured, and they ship it to you in 6-10 weeks. Just keep in mind that the good deals may come in bulk, so it may only cost below $500 on a per-product basis, but you'll be spending more.
